Where you'll see these links
Every product link in the "Shop the edit" section is an affiliate link, clearly marked with an Amazon UK or Amazon US button. These links point to an Amazon search for that type of product rather than to a single fixed listing, so they keep working even after a specific item is discontinued or goes out of stock.
Affiliate links carry rel="nofollow sponsored" attributes, as required by both Amazon's terms and search engine guidelines on paid or incentivised links.
How this affects what we recommend
It doesn't change which categories or materials we cover. Specifically:
- Nobody pays to be featured on Reusables365 — there are no sponsored placements or paid reviews.
- Commission rates don't influence which product types make the buying guide.
- Where a reusable product has genuine drawbacks — cotton's water footprint, silicone's poor recyclability — we say so, even in categories we link to.
- Our editorial position is to buy fewer things and use them longer, which is not, on the face of it, a great way to maximise affiliate income. We think it's the honest advice.
